Like most businesses, Planters’ Products, Inc. (PPI) is experiencing the disruption brought by Covid-19. With a commitment to better serve the needs of its customers (farmers and fishermen) into the future, PPI’s Management Committee recognized the urgent need to formulate its key business strategies to succeed in a rapidly changing environment. Earlier this year, they engaged the services of POWERinU Consultants to design and facilitate their 2021 Business Planning Workshop.
In response to Covid-19 protocols, POWERinU Consultants facilitated pre-workshop sessions virtually while anticipating a window of opportunity to hold the actual workshop in the familiar classroom style. Fortunately, as quarantine restrictions were relaxed last July, the workshop was successfully held with facilitators and participants carefully observing safety protocols including wearing of masks, physical distancing and limited venue capacity.
