A collaboration that blends purpose, mentorship, and real-world experience.
POWERinU Training and Coaching Philippines is proud to be a continuing industry partner of the College of Saint Benilde (CSB) in their On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. For the past two terms, POWERinU has welcomed CSB interns into our team, providing them with a dynamic and supportive environment where they can learn, contribute, and prepare for their future careers.
Our shared vision with CSB is to empower students and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to excel in the workplace after graduation. We value the opportunity to coach and mentor young professionals, guiding them as they transition from the academic setting into the demands of the corporate world.
As POWERinU Director, Elaine Cercado captures this spirit well:
“Internships are more than just a requirement — they’re a bridge between the classroom and the real world. It’s a joy to mentor and coach students as they take their first steps into professional life, and I often find myself learning from their creativity, energy, and fresh perspectives.”
We are grateful for the meaningful contributions our interns have made to POWERinU. They have brought fresh perspectives, creativity, and energy to our projects. We are especially pleased to share that our first intern, Christianssen Ferrer, graduated with Honorable Mention. Meanwhile, Jan Gabrielle “Gab” Padua shared that her time with POWERinU was not only valuable but also transformative. As she reflected: “The company is full of purpose, heart and lessons that a student like me can apply as a future employee.”
Elaine adds: “Feedback like this reminds me why I love what we do. Partnerships like ours with CSB don’t just prepare students for work — they empower them to lead with heart.”
For us at POWERinU, feedback like this reaffirms why we are committed to this partnership. We look forward to many more years of working hand-in-hand with CSB, continuing to nurture talent, inspire excellence, and open doors for the next generation of professionals.
