POWERinU recently joined the School of Management and Information Technology (SMIT) of De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde (CSB) for their Career Link: OJT Industry Partners’ Meet and Greet last August 8, 2025. Representing POWERinU was our Marketing and Business Development Consultant, Trina Gonzales.
The event brought together industry partners and SMIT’s various departments in an afternoon filled with sharing, gratitude, and recognition. The CSB team expressed heartfelt thanks to all partners for their dedication to mentoring interns, and they presented awards in three categories: Rising Star Awardees, North Star Awardees, and Star General Awardees.
We are proud to share that POWERinU was recognized with two awards — Rising Star and North Star — for our internship program. These honors were based on positive feedback from both interns and coordinators in key areas:

This marks our second consecutive term of welcoming interns from CSB, and the awards affirm our commitment to providing an environment where interns can learn, grow, and experience the professional world in a supportive and engaging way.
As POWERinU Director Elaine Cercado shared:
