POWERinU Director Thelma Meneses conducted a Cross-Cultural Masterclass for the PDC-ACA Team of Analog Devices, Inc. last May 24, 2024. The three-hour session was part of their Team Building activity with the over-all goal of providing participants with some appreciation and better understanding of diversity in the workplace, to facilitate a better and more effective working relationship with peers, teammates, immediate supervisors, and other stakeholders, across different cultures.
