As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of POWERinU Training and Coaching since 2008, I bring extensive experience in leadership development, strategy, and executive coaching.

WHAT:  I contribute to designing and delivering leadership solutions, strategic management consulting, and coaching services for multinational corporations, SMEs, and individuals.

My work is grounded in empowering people and organizations to achieve meaningful growth and sustainable success.

HOW:  I focus on developing and implementing custom leadership & management programs, and facilitating strategic initiatives for global, regional and local clients.  My track record includes:

🔴 18 years of experience leading POWERinU in Singapore and in the Philippines, and partnering with global learning companies like CEGOS Group;

🔴 10+ years as part of Duke Corporate Education’s Faculty for leadership development & program management; and

🔴 2+ years as licensed partner of N.E.W.S.®️ Navigation in South East Asia, delivering organizational & team navigations and leadership development solutions

I draw from my 20-year corporate experience, which includes working with diverse teams, from the fast growing small & medium-sized businesses to complex multinational corporations, in emerging and mature industries in Asia-Pacific markets. My last corporate stint was as ASEAN GM for Kodak Health Imaging, which became Carestream.

As an Executive Coach, I partner with leaders at all levels and entrepreneurs to navigate changes, growth, and purpose-driven success. I believe empowered leaders create empowered teams.
