I had the privilege of once again facilitating the Change Management workshop under the Managing High Performing Public Sector Organizations module last August 28, 2025. This time, I worked with 45 scholars of Batch 36 of the Middle Managers Class (MMC), part of the Public Management Development Program (PMDP) of the Development Academy of the Philippines.
What truly stood out with this batch was their exceptional level of engagement. Our discussions on the challenges of implementing change in the public sector were deeply insightful and enriched by their firsthand experiences. As someone who has never worked in government, I found their perspectives both enlightening and inspiring.
