The N.E.W.S.® APAC Summit, “The Promising GCC Story: Future Trends in GCC Talent Landscape,” held on May 14, 2025, brought together a vibrant community of leaders, experts, and change-makers for a rich exchange of ideas and insights. The event was hailed as a resounding success by participants and organizers alike.
The summit featured a distinguished panel composed of Paolo la’O, JP Nadales, Amit Dubey, and Kshama Dhir, alongside guest speaker Dotan Ben-Meir. Their generous sharing of knowledge, experiences, and best practices anchored the learning and inspiration that flowed throughout the sessions.
Spearheaded by Padmaja Vaswani of N.E.W.S.® India, the summit was made possible through the dedicated collaboration of the diverse APAC team from Pragyan Advisory (India), Siksha™ (India), POWERinU Training and Coaching Philippines Inc (Philippines), POWERinU Training and Coaching LLP (Singapore), Culture Forte (Singapore), ACCOMM (Thailand), and Lighthouse (Australia).
The event was also strongly supported by the N.E.W.S.® Global HQ team—Aviad Goz, Marina Giareni, Sara Marcus, Jessica Soussan, and Nir Gilboa—who helped turn the vision into a meaningful milestone for the region.
At its heart, the summit was a celebration of N.E.W.S.® Navigation’s shared sense of purpose, cross-border collaboration, creativity, and community spirit. As aptly described by Sara Marcus, it was “an event filled with impact, connection, and genuine value.”
