Benjie Garcia delivered a 4-hour workshop on Change Management to the scholars of the Middle Managers Batch 32 (MMC32) attending the Managing High Performance Public Sector Organization (MHPPSO).
MHPPSO is a module designed to equip middle managers in the public sector with the knowledge and skills to lead and manage their organizations effectively and efficiently. There were 45 managers from various government agencies (including National Line Agencies, State Universities and Colleges and Government-Owned Controlled Corporations) who participated in the workshop held last August 24, 2023 at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) Convention Center, Tagaytay City.
