Executive Coach and Trainer
With 31 years of retail banking exposure in Citi, Judith brings with her a depth of valuable experience in people and customer advocacy, service quality, business planning and development, corporate strategy, wealth/portfolio diversification and allocation, organizational structure and change management. The over three (3) decades of solid experience honed her ability to be agile and adaptable in an environment of meritocracy and constant change. A certified trainer, Judith coached and trained her team, which at one point totalled 400 employees, in the areas of sales performance and leadership. She led the branch team through a bold transition to ensure optimal business output, operational efficiency, and client orientation. Judith’s mentorship of leaders paved the way for her to pursue transformational coaching providing personal, business and life breakthroughs as a Certified Coach. She graduated from a Core Essentials Fast Track Coaching Program from Coach U, Inc. in Singapore in 2015.
Additionally, Judith completed a training facilitation program with Coach U in Singapore last June 2016 and is now a certified trainer to run a one-day course for Managers/Executives on effective coaching skills at the workplace.
Judith is a recipient of Citigroup Chairman’s Service Excellence Awards in 1986, 1994 and 2001.
