As the great intergenerational wealth transfer occurs in the US, Europe and other 1st world countries, we will be encountering soon enough the impact of this historical event in most aspects of our society, economy and business affairs.

It is widely expected to have its effects not only in the movement of wealth from one generation to the next but in the ways by which those who will inherit this wealth will take over the responsibilities held, and the direction pursued, by their predecessors over many decades.

By understanding the profile of the incoming generation, the recipient of this great wealth transfer, particularly the Millennials:

>> we may be able to get a glimpse of how business will be managed by them in the near future and what their concerns and priorities might be.

>> we may be able to appreciate the ways by which they may change the business and corporate landscape.

>> we can also begin to contemplate on what can be set by the current generation to prepare for their eventual takeover.
