The talk titled “Roadmap to Success” delivered by Penny Bongato to Uber Services was aimed at helping participants understand the key traits that separate high achievers from everyday people. It focused on taking 100% responsibility for one’s results and emphasizes the importance of clarity, discipline, and action-oriented behavior.

The central idea of the talk was built around the E + R = O formula, where Event + Response = Outcome, encouraging individuals to shift their mindset from blaming external events to taking control of their responses. The talk demonstrates the power of personal accountability, positive thinking, and disciplined habits through examples of successful athletes like Hidilyn Diaz, Carlos Yulo, and Simone Biles.

Participants were encouraged to let go of negative habits such as blaming, complaining, and making excuses and, instead, take incremental responsibility for areas like health, finances, and career advancement. The talk also highlighted the importance of goal-setting, the law of attraction, and using affirmations to shape one’s reality. Gratitude and partnership are promoted as keys to personal growth.

The presentation was a motivational roadmap for achieving personal and professional success. It focused on mindset, responsibility, and goal-setting to help individuals become the “super-achievers” they aspire to be. It was very well received by the participants (leaders of Uber) and the talk was truly engaging.
