Emotional Intelligence (EI) has been identified as a critical leadership skill. The World Economic Forum included it in the top 10 skills needed to thrive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Jobs of the Future Report, from which these skills were identified, talks about EI as a core competency for people entering the workforce and people in the workforce in the future. The good news is that we can improve our EI through specific development actions.
In this webinar, Benjie Garcia will guide participants to experience EI. He will explain how our emotions affect how we behave in various situations. Using the Genos Emotional Intelligence Model, participants will learn how EI translates to observable behaviors at work that helps us recognize between “productive being states” and “unproductive being states.” Through deliberate efforts to achieve these “productive being states,” we significantly increase our chances of achieving our goals.
