POWERinU Director Elaine Cercado, together with co-trainer and Strengths Finder Coach Eduardo (Taffy) Ledesma, and with special support from Charlotte Chin of IDC AP, delivered a workshop last 21st August 2019 in Beijing for IDC China Sales Team, led by Frank Wang.
The workshop focused on discovering and developing individual and team-based strengths via the Strengths Finder 2.0 tool and on team building experiential activities that brought out the learning applications from the discovery sessions.
