POWERINU President, Benjie Garcia, served as the Resource Speaker at the Leaders of Change Training organized by the Human Resource Development Division of the Department of Education Region XII (SOCCSKSARGEN) held virtually on November 12–13, 2024. The training was attended by around 30 leaders and staff of the Regional Office. After the training, Benjie commented that he was inspired to witness the participants’ enthusiasm for learning the principles of leading and managing change.
