On 22–23 October 2026, BPI Direct BanKo partnered with POWERinU Training & Coaching Philippines for a two-day learning experience designed to strengthen participants’ ability to plan, navigate, and deliver projects with greater confidence and effectiveness.
Facilitated by POWERinU consultant-collaborator Shine Rodriguez, the program went beyond introducing tools and frameworks. It focused on developing the judgment needed to determine which approaches best fit different situations, while strengthening the communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills essential for successful project execution.
Recognizing that many professionals manage initiatives alongside their regular responsibilities, the sessions emphasized practical application over theory. Through discussions, case scenarios, and activities based on real workplace experiences, participants explored ways to manage competing priorities, engage stakeholders, address challenges early, and keep initiatives moving forward amid changing demands.
The workshop reinforced that successful delivery is not driven by processes alone. While technical discipline provides structure, strong collaboration, clear communication, accountability, and the confidence to raise concerns are what help teams overcome challenges and achieve results.
