El Nido, Palawan was the venue for this year’s conference of Amway Philippines for its top Amway Business Owners (ABO) help last Oct. 11 to 13, 2023. One of the highlights of this conference was a 1-day Founders’ Growth Mindset Workshop.
POWERinU was privileged to selected to design and facilitate this workshop. Working closely with the leaders of Amway Philippines, Senior Consultants Penny Bongato and Benjie Garcia designed team building activities for the morning session. With 16 highly competitive participants, these activities generated both fun and insights on key ideas about the concept of growth mindset. In the afternoon, Penny Bongato, Certified Trainor of Jack Canfield’s Success Principles, kept the participants engaged as she delivered simple yet impactful concepts and exercises in support of the Amway Founders’ Growth Mindset.
