POWERinU Senior Consultants Jun Marfori and Benjie Garcia delivered a mini-workshop for over 60 Field Service Technicians, Supervisors and Managers of Atlas Copco Philippines last October 7, 2023 in Tagaytay City. The workshop was part of their 3-day Bootcamp.
Anchored on the company’s Mission, Culture and Values as well as its 2023 theme of “A Heart For Service”, the workshop focused on the importance of Customer Service and Safety in the role of the participants. Leveraging on his extensive industry experience and customer service background, Lead Facilitator, Jun Marfori, quickly engaged with the participants through his real-life professional experiences. Participants identified and committed to specific actions that they will either Start, Stop or Continue in order to put into practice the lessons coming out of the various activities during the workshop.
