Mr. Benjie Garcia, President of POWERinU Training and Coaching Philippines, served as one of the panelists in the CHRO Forum held last August 30, 2023 at AIM campus in Makati City. The other panelists were Nanette-Legaspi Aguas of Unilab and Mariquit Sison of Willis Towers Watson Philippines.
The CHRO Forum is the culminating event for the batch of enrollees of the Chief Human Resources Officer Leadership Development Program of the Asian Institute of Management School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning headed by Ms. Maria Angelica B. Lleander, Adjunct Professor.
The Forum provided the program enrollees the opportunity to dialogue with seasoned Human Resource Executives on the real-life challenges and opportunities of performing the role of CHRO.
